Our Guarantee

• Logical Step gives all of its customers a free promise, to replace Logical Step's computers which develop a defect.  Such defects must be directly attributable to faulty goods or workmanship.
  
• The Logical Step promise will be valid for 12 months from delivery date.
  
• When a valid claim is received it will be at the discretion of Logical Step whether to replace or repair the said product.
  
• This promise covers all products produced by Logical Step.
  
• Logical Step will need to be notified in writing of any claims being made under this warranty and customers will need to receive Logical Step prior written authorisation for any returns.  
  
• Customers will be responsible for the return of all products.
  
• Products must be returned in their original package.
  
• If a return item is found, by our technicians, to be not at fault, then Logical Step reserves the right to levy a charge.  Such a charge will be with respect to administration and insurance of the returned product.
  
• These clauses do not affect your statutory rights.
